Close to everything! And a kind staff - allways ready to help you, day and night. Very nice having a lift after hours of walking. Nice breakfast served by smiling people.
Mayby some rubber-lists in the door-frames or even door-closers would prevent the noise from slamming doors.

The breakfast was good; our last day we had to leave early in the morning and the staff packed us a to go breakfast. Rome was expensive hotel wise and this was great for saving on expenses.
Very old hotel, and very noisy. We could hear every door and lock open and close throughout the night not to mention constant horns honking outside. The bathroom was shared, very tiny and it could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was nice and located within 200 metres from Termini tube station was a plus. My room was brand-new with bathroom.

The location was convenient. Other than that, everything else falls behind what was advertised. The room that I got was nothing like what they had advertised in Booked.net (e.g. ceiling fan instead of A/C, no shower curtain).

First of all hotel was infront of train station... I dont know if thats the good point because it will wake you up 7 by noise from station.. Hotel staff were so rude.... Everything self service.. Expensive.. Shared bathroom... Broken fan, broken coffee machine, if you aks question.. They will tell you come back again
To be honest with you I didnt like anything about hotel.. Crap service for the money I paid..

The location was excellent, right across the street from Termini station. Only positive about this "hotel" and there are still better locations for seeing most of the sights of Rome.
I've never stayed at a place this terrible. The rooms have tile floors and look like dingy hospital rooms. There were ants on the floor and no air conditioning. Least comfortable bed ever, could literally feel the metal springs through the mattress. I didn't feel safe here at all, it was like living in the ghetto. There are bathrooms in the hallway. The elevator was incredibly old and was basically just an iron cage. The "lobby" had dirty, old furniture and a fishtank absolutely caked with gunk. No wi-fi. Had to leave the key at the front desk anytime you went out. Breakfast consisted of a few stale breads and an awful coffee machine. Do not stay here.

I recently stayed at Hotel Marsala for four nights during my trip to Rome. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the metro and train station but not too noisy. They even allowed us to check in three hours earlier than the regular check-in time. The room was clean and we received fresh towels daily. Additionally, the hotel has a 24/7 reception desk, and I felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood both day and night.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Reception staff were usually gruff. A little cheerfulness from them would have made me more eager to return.

The location was very nice. Being a few blocks from the train station and buses was very nice.
The beds were very uncomfortable, also they were charging for wifi, fine in itself, and in the time we were there it was down 3 different times. When I went to let someone know all I got was yes we are working on it and no attempts to compensate for the down services.
